Role Objectives:

 Collaborating with HOA, CBD, Transaction Controller, RDP internal teams, field-based teams and external stakeholders to manage to deliver successful completions of Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures to Rodericks Dental Partners (RDP).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support lead generation, direct lead management and broker relationships to optimise RDP opportunity
  • Accurate and timely completion of acquisition profit and loss and assessments for discussion with HoA/CBD prior to Merger and Acquisition Committee (MAC) presentation
  • Practice visits to meet practice owners to assess the practice, build rapport and position positively the practice/s future with RDP
  • Update the Merger, Acquisition and Joint Venture documents as required on the s: drive and feedback into updating the M and A pipeline/progression report
  • Work closely HoA and CBD, practice owners and all stakeholders to support deal progression relating to all parts of Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures processes
  • Working with TC support the management and co-ordination of due diligence activities, reports, enquiries and further enquiries
  • To liaise and maintain good relationships with practice owner, practice teams, internal and external customers during the full process
  • Working with HoA/CBD/TC ensure all company protocols are followed and appropriate approvals sought when needed, are documented and circulated
  • Agree detailed commercial post completion delivery plan with practice owners and HoLI

 

Role Competencies:

 

  • Advanced communication, negotiation and rapport skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • National travel and evening practice visits including some weekends
  • Able to work under pressure, independently to deadline and with accuracy
  • A knowledgeable understanding of the business of dentistry and issues effecting the industry
  • Flexibility to meet with the demands of a growing business
  • Ability to manage several workstreams with internal and external stakeholders to manage

 

Role Information:

 

  • Full time position – split office and home-working
  • Initially temporary may lead to permanent contract
  • Company expenses

  • 25 days holiday per annum
