Job Title: Assistant Campaign Manager
Reporting to: Campaign & Brand Manager / Head of Marketing
Location: Homebased, with occasional travel to the Northampton Head Office

This role will support the company's brand and national campaign activity through planning and managing a range of central marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and private income growth. You will work collaboratively across the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are maximised, delivering ROI through effective lead management and excellent patient journeys.
Role Duties:
- Support the Campaign & Brand Manager and Head of Marketing with developing campaign plans
- Identify opportunities for paid media and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, support recruitment and increase private income
- Manage a range of group marketing campaigns in order to achieve the business and marketing objectives and KPI’s
- Liaise with the regional TCO network and team to ensure effective tracking of campaigns and outcomes from patient experience
- Produce reports and campaign analysis to show results, communicating them to the wider practice management teams and across the business
- Manage agency relationships for marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring objectives are set and agreed and projects are delivered within budget
- Support the Marketing Communications team in their delivery of national campaign activity at a local level to ensure a consistent patient journey
Requirements:
- Previous marketing experience with an understanding of the full marketing processes and experience planning and managing campaigns
- Previous experience within the dental or medical sector
- Experience of working with marketing agencies and suppliers to deliver against briefs and objectives
- Experience of providing campaign updates and report suitable to a variety of stakeholders
- Understanding platforms such as Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
