Job Introduction
Rodericks Dental Partners are looking for a creative, ambitious and dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to define and drive our patient and clinician brand strategies.
With a proven track record of delivering creative campaigns across web, social and POS channels, the successful candidate will manage a lead creative agency supported by an external freelance creative team of designers, copywriters and videographers.
For patients, this will be targeting specialist treatments like implants, Invisalign and teeth whitening. For clinicians, we’re looking to attract the very best the industry has to offer through innovative marketing campaigns that stand out from the crowd.
The successful candidate will regularly report and present to C-suite, demonstrating progress from their existing campaigns, as well as building business cases for increased investment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that acquire new patients, retain existing patients and recruit new dentists
- Develop the company’s social media strategy and content including thought leadership on LinkedIn and local practice accounts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape with data sources including Working Feedback, Google Reviews and Trustpilot
- Develop a PR strategy to acquire new patients, retain existing patients and recruit new dentists
- Develop an in-practice POS strategy
- Appoint and manage an external freelance creative team of designers, copywriters and videographers
- Develop content and assets, including written and video, to support the patient acquisition, digital content and patient retention teams as well as internal conferences and external trade shows
- Further develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels including core messages, tone and visual brand
- Manage a data driven customer segmentation project with the assistance of external providers
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years experience within a professional Marketing environment
- Experience of managing 3rd party Marketing and Creative suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to optimise ROI and fill practice diaries
Experience of working within an occupancy or service based business (e.g. hotels, travel, medical) would be beneficial, but is not essential.
