Job Introduction
Roderick's Dental Partners are looking for a dynamic, organised and highly efficient Commercial Communications Co-ordinator to drive our private patient communications programmes.
This role will be pivotal in our ambitious plans for growth as you will be a key enabler of growing lifetime value from our existing patient base.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Executing all dental plan communications to patients to promote the benefits of joining our membership programmes
- Executing all recall communications to patients to ensure they regularly return to our practices for their routine check-ups and hygiene treatments
- Executing all event day patient communications for treatments including Invisalign and Implants
- Management of all service and treatment specific email templates for practices
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years experience of working within consumer communications
- Experience of using email, direct mail, SMS and WhatsApp for consumer communications
- Ability to work at pace to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working within an occupancy or service based business (e.g. hotels, travel, medical) would be beneficial, but is not essential.
