Dental Technician - Prosthetics
Location: SFT Dental Lab, Northfield, Birmingham B31 4BL
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a detailed & knowledgeable Dental Technician to join our SFT Dental Laboratory. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your dental technical expertise to design, create and repair complex prosthetics, providing our patients with the best quality dentures and oral products.
What you’ll be doing
- Fabricate full and partial dentures.
- Set teeth and contour denture bases to achieve correct bite, fit, and appearance.
- Repair, reline, and adjust existing dentures as required.
- Process and polish completed dentures to a high-quality finish.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, materials, and work performed.
- Collaborate with dentists and other technicians to ensure patient satisfaction and functional results.
- Follow all laboratory safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols.
What we’re looking for
- GDC Registration (desirable)
- Diploma or qualification in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
- Proven experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of dental materials, tools, and laboratory procedures.
- Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
