What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and empathy
- Managing appointment books for clinical efficiency and commercial targets
- Accurately processing payments and finance agreements
- Promoting private treatments such as cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implants
- Supporting marketing campaigns and treatment uptake
- Handling minor complaints proactively and maintaining GDPR-compliant communications
- Keeping records accurate and systems up to date
- Working closely with clinicians, nurses, and managers to deliver seamless patient journeys
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare or a busy front desk environment
- Confident communicator with a warm, solutions-focused approach
- Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure
- IT literate and comfortable using CRM or dental software systems
- Experience in dental or medical settings is desirable but not essential
