Role Summary
This role will support the People Manager in providing a high-quality all-round human resource support to the business. Working as part of the people team you will provide comprehensive employee relations advice and support and act as an escalation point for the People Team Support Administrators. You will work with the Area Managers and Practice Managers on a wide range or employee matters. You will also provide the monthly analytics reporting to the Head of People and Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on dealing with all general employee relations both face to face and remotely
- Provide employee advice to Area Managers and Practice Managers
- Update the HRIS system (CASCADE HR)
- Generate monthly statistics for employee analytics.
- Co-ordinate training activities.
- Co-ordinate the Performance and Development Review process.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a similar role managing and advising on a wide variety of employee matters
- Able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems, CASCADE HR an advantage
- Effective communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company.
- Ability to manage own time and work to agreed deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal skills, a strong collaborator
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to working
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
