Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand how to use Power BI to its full potential to help identify risks and opportunities in the business around whitespace, FTAs, phone data
- Liaise with your line manager with any findings
- Have a clear understanding of how SOE works but reading processes and procedures and also watching videos the Business Support team have produced.
- Attending training sessions with the Business Support team to learn new skills
- Weekly team meetings with HUB assistant manager
- Every other week 121
- Monthly team meetings with Business Support Team
- Adhering to tasks set out by the HUB assistant manger
- Recording completed tasks in google sheets
- Speaking to Practice teams to offer support
- Supporting practice teams for the below
- Recalls
- Reminders
- General support
- Open COT
- Covering phones for Team meetings
Personal specification:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Organised and able to balance differing demands
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
