About the Role

As an Implant Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our implant proposition across the RDP estate by supporting clinicians with an interest in Implant dentistry. 

You’ll work closely with clinicians, practice managers, internal laboratories and key stakeholders internally and external suppliers to increase implant volumes, enhance efficiencies, and strengthen our market presence and develop the digitisation of the business.

This is a national role.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth by supporting clinicians with increasing their caseload
  • Working with operational and commercial teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Developing the Rodericks Dental Partners offering across implants
  • Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals across the UK
  • Promote digital dentistry solutions such as intra-oral scanning and digital workflows
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Work with Strategic Partners and suppliers to maintain and maximise key relationships
  • Support internal teams with training, marketing, and operational initiatives
  • Travel across the UK to meet clinicians, attend industry events, and support our commercial, operational and lab teams

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of implant treatments, products, workflows, and technology
  • Experience in business development and highly commercialized 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to engage with clients and stakeholders
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Power BI (desirable)
