 At Rodericks Dental Partners, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care across our growing network of practices. As we evolve into a data-led organisation, we’re seeking an experienced Insights Analyst to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights that help shape smarter business decisions and deliver real-world impact. 

About the Role 

As an Insights Analyst, you'll work across departments to bring clarity and direction to data. From identifying trends in customer behaviour to building predictive models for future planning, your insights will directly support improvements in clinical, operational, and commercial performance. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to inform decisions, shape strategy, and embed a data-driven culture across the business. 

This is a hybrid role, based primarily from our Northampton Support Centre with flexibility to manage your time remotely. In the initial months, we expect 2–3 days per week in the office for team collaboration and on boarding. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Transform raw data into strategic insights that support business growth and decision-making. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence strategy, from operations to executive leadership. 
  • Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and robust data pipelines. 
  • Forecast outcomes and model scenarios (e.g., revenue, demand, pricing) to drive performance. 
  • Analyse booking patterns, patient behaviours, and market trends. 
  • Lead data-focused projects, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality output. 
  • Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across the business.

 

What We’re Looking For 

Essential: 

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role. 
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and statistical analysis.

  • Experience working with large datasets and translating them into meaningful insights. 
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Desirable: 

  • Experience in dental, healthcare, or wellbeing industries. 
  • Experience in private equity-backed or multi-site organisations. 
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data governance principles.
