Internal Recruitment Resourcer 

Location: Hybrid/ Northampton

Meetings held 1-2 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton.

  • Salary circa £26k DOE

Role overview

The Practice Support team are a new function in the recruitment team, supporting 220 dental practices nationwide.

The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is in two parts –

The Role

1. To support on high priority Dental Nurse vacancies.

  • Liaising with Managers to understand their role, proactively source candidates through a variety of channels and submit suitable CVs.
  • Proactively sourcing external candidates via direct headhunting. Utilising recruitment sources including Job Boards, social media and our inhouse ATS
  • Following up on Refer-a-Friend submissions.
  • Understanding the dental nurse recruitment market in priority areas – working with the Recruitment Manager to provide market insight

2. To manage the recruitment and talent pooling of our Pathway Trainee Dental Nurses.

  • Working with our clinical team to match candidates to suitable vacancies
  • Building an effective talent pool and continuous pipeline of potential candidates, creating a clear communication plan in order to support with future hires
  • Managing candidate expectations and signposting to industry resources when required
  • Engaging with candidates via phone, email and social media discussing current opportunities

Skills and experience

  • Up to date recruitment experience gained within a similar role (internal and/or healthcare)
  • Experience recruiting for overseas or early careers pathways
  • Methodical yet candidate focussed attitude
  • Candidate sourcing experience using a variety of methods
  • Excellent communication skills on email, phone and video calls.
  • Being able to effectively prioritise your own workload
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
