Junior Legal Counsel
Location: Hybrid – (2 days in Northampton)

Are you a junior commercial lawyer looking to move in-house (or already in-house and keen for more responsibility)? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, leading UK dental group at an exciting stage of its journey and build a genuinely broad in-house skillset.
What you’ll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including our self-employed
- Maintaining and developing contract templates, playbooks and databases.
- Supporting acquisitions, including due diligence and post-deal integration.
- Advising HR teams on employment matters, policies and contracts.
- Delivering practical legal guidance and training to non-lawyers.
- Managing disputes, risk issues and property-related legal work.
- Assisting with our home office sponsor licence obligations and visa applications.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years post-graduate experience with ideal employment and immigration experience or a desire to pick up these areas.
- Commercially curious and interested in how businesses work.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator who can work with non-lawyers.
- Experience working within healthcare industry (desirable)
