Lab & Digital Transformation Manager
Location: West Midlands Based with National Travel

We are looking for a strategic and commercially innovative Lab & Digital Transformation Manager to join our Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and retention by increasing adoption of intra-oral scanning (IOS) and digital workflows across internal and external networks.
- Develop and grow new business opportunities, including building relationships with dental practices, clinicians, and external partners to increase lab service volume.
- Manage and optimise CRM systems, track sales performance, and provide regular insights on trends, opportunities, and client feedback.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across clinical, operational, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver KPIs and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Promote dental lab products and digital solutions, delivering training, presentations, and commercial campaigns to enhance brand visibility and adoption.
- Travel regularly to client sites, labs, and industry events to strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and represent the organisation.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in dental, healthcare, or technical sales, ideally within dental laboratories or digital dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of digital dentistry, including intra-oral scanning (IOS), CAD/CAM workflows, and lab technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with experience using CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently, with a results-driven and commercial mindset.
- Willingness to travel across the UK, with a valid UK driving licence.
