Please note to apply for this role you MUST have a relevant live or pending GDC qualification and have experience within an Orthodontic nurse role
Are you a qualified dental nurse looking for a new challenge in orthodontics? Where you will be a valued member of the team and work alongside our orthodontists and therapists to deliver excellent patient care?
What’s it all about?
As a qualified orthodontic dental nurse you can already demonstrate how to work efficiently alongside dentists to deliver excellent patient care, now we will give you full training to develop and enhance your skills in a specialist orthodontic practice.
Being successful as a qualified dental nurse in the Rodericks family you are:
- Experienced within an Orthodontic setting
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care at all times, working with the team to make sure patients have a number of opportunities to discuss the options of their treatment
- Understand the importance of teamwork within the surgery and how you can work effectively to support the orthodontists
- Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills, using these to ensure that the practice delivers effective care
- Understand how you can best drive surgery efficiency and help the performance of the practice
- Demonstrating your full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities
- Embrace the importance of your own CPD which we are able to support you with
