Recruitment Business Partner Hybrid WFH and Field Based Role 

Location; Northampton, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire or surrounding

This is a role that needs inspiring and warm motivational business partnering skills. You’ll be highly organised; you’ll inspire others around you, and you’ll bring creative ideas to support the growth of the dental practice in your geographical location in a niche recruitment market. 

The role:

  • This is a busy hands-on recruitment role where you will be responsible for recruiting Dentists, and Specialists for a dedicated geographical area of the country.
  • You will work as a Business Partner to deliver on all recruitment needs for their area, working with the Area Managers and Practice Managers at ground level.
  • You will be responsible for presenting your monthly successes, challenges and opportunities in Monthly Forecasting meetings with the COO, FD and several other Senior members of the team.
  • Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruiting strategies to attract Dentists into our practices
  • Keep up to date with changes in the skill mix and NHS contracts so that a proactive approach is taken to talent acquisition
  • You will be a Recruiter who will strive to deliver on results whilst developing the team around you to ensure that the whole business is supporting in achieving your recruitment strategy.
  • You will work closely with other parts of the Recruitment team who cover other roles within the business including Overseas Recruitment 

The person:

  • Appropriate level of Recruitment experience in-house or an agency environment – ideally in a candidate short market where you have needed to be think outside the box 
  • Experience of recruiting in the dental, Healthcare or niche industry sectors
  • You will be an expert in partnering and collaborating with your stakeholders and be able to manage multiple roles and business projects at one time. 
  • We are looking for someone who has deep operational strength, is an expert at building and maintaining relationships with a creative flair!
  • Proven delivery of revenue targets and KPIs which have positively impacted business performance
  • Detail orientated.
  • Strong account management/stakeholder management, interpersonal, organisational, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to adapt to change 
  • Ability and experience of driving a social media strategy to increase volumes of direct hire
