What you'll be doing

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Remote Patient Coordinator to join our Patient Support Centre team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients making enquiries through various online channels. Your main responsibility will be to respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring timely responses and a high standard of patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient enquiries from web forms, paid social media campaigns, and external marketing initiatives.
  • Work consistently to meet the performance targets outlined in our SLA, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Provide accurate information about dental treatments and services.
  • Assist patients in booking appointments across our network of practices.
  • Collaborate with dental teams to support seamless patient journeys.
  • Accurately record and maintain patient information with a high level of confidentiality.


 

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently while meeting SLA expectations.
  • Previous dental or clinical experience (e.g., dental nurse or Treatment Coordinator)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Confident using digital systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Be able to occasionally travel to our Support Centre in Northampton.
