Senior Management Accountant
Location: Northampton Support Centre - 15 Basset Court, Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EZ

We are looking for an experienced & detailed Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
What you’ll be doing
- Ownership of monthly P&Ls for specific business units.
- Leading and mentoring team of Junior & Assistant Accountants.
- Reconciling NHS income in line with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget.
- Ownership of allocated balance sheet accounts.
- Own and deliver commentary on monthly associate pay.
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience of acquisition accounting (industry or in practice).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Effective communicator, both to financial and non-financial audiences.
