Location: Home-based, with option to work from our Support Centre in Northampton. Some national travel required.

We're seeking a CRM executive to support the CRM team in their work to create and control a centralised strategy for engaging and retaining patients and clinical staff.

About the Role

As our CRM Executive, you will work with the CRM Manager to plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns. This is an exciting time to join the CRM team at Rodericks Dental Partners, as we build and develop the new CRM strategy for the business. The role includes;

• The set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns

• Identifying new target audiences for email campaigns

• Building customer segmentations to deliver targeted and personalised messaging

• Executing the monthly email marketing calendar

• Building, QA, and deploying multiple editorial email newsletters weekly using our CRM platform

• Delivering flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs

• Proofing communications to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering

• Analysing customer behaviour to inform CRM initiatives

• Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaign performance

• Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations

 

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to take ownership of your own work, and care about the quality of work delivered to ensure high levels of service with both the technical and communication side of things

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data

• Strong working knowledge and track record of using an email platform to segment and deliver CRM messaging

• Experience with A/B testing of email campaigns

• Experience creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails

• Experience building out automations

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS Excel, responsive email design

• Willing to travel to stay connected with team members and stakeholders

• Previous experience in a healthcare industry in desirable, but not essential
