Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid
Full flexibly to travel across the Groups portfolio of practices throughout the UK. Meetings held 1-2 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton.
Formed from the recent merger of two dental organisations (Rodericks Dental and Dental Partners), Rodericks Dental Partners is a leading provider of both NHS and private dental care through over 200 dental practices across both England and Wales.

Role overview
The role of the Website & Digital Manager is to manage the company's websites and digital technology to support the delivery of the marketing strategy and plans for circa 220 dental practices.
You will be responsible for planning the strategic and tactical website roadmaps, building the reporting and insights needed to ensure the online journey can be optimised for a variety of audiences, supporting the ongoing delivery of growth in private treatments and amplifying our brand proposition in the dental industry to support recruitment.
The Role
- Manage the group website integration project and ongoing site strategy – putting in place a robust process to support future growth.
- Develop and manage website content to ensure it kept up to date and compliant, whilst enhancing and maximising audience experience and site performance.
- Updating landing pages, news/blog posts, articles, images, videos and treatment specific webpages.
- Create and deliver SEO programmes to maximise organic ranking opportunities.
- Monitoring the performance of all sites, reporting on a regular basis on key KPI’s.
- Manage third-party suppliers, platforms and tools (Website infrastructure, Hosting, GMB, Search console, GA, GTM)
- Identify digital technology and innovation opportunities to integrate systems and enhance visitor experience and journey.
- Develop and manage a Digital Coordinator.
Skills and experience
- Experience of website and digital content optimisation, managing CMS based websites, including Wordpress.
- Experience of working on Web projects from strategy, user experience, build, test and deployment creating and delivering a technical roadmap.
- PPC/Social - an understanding of these functions is essential as you would liaise with functions who manage them for customer journey optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a wide variety of stakeholders with the ability to translate technical information effectively.
- Experience of influencing in a Senior Marketing position with strong presentation skills.
- Experience of leading and managing teams effectively – regular 121’s, reviews and development plans.
