Finance & Pricing Business Partner
Location: Support Centre, Northampton

We are looking for a Finance & Pricing Business Partner to join the Finance Team and deliver effective partnering to specific areas of the business. Reporting into the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, this role has regular exposure to Senior Finance colleagues, Operations, Support functions as well as the Commercial Team to manage the end-to-end pricing analysis.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver effective Business Partnering to specific areas of the business whilst providing commercial support and challenge that drives financial performance
- Conduct regular market and competitor benchmarking to ensure pricing reflects local demand, patient expectations, and competitive positioning.
- Analyse treatment volumes, revenue trends, and margin data to identify opportunities for pricing optimisation and growth.
- Build and maintain pricing models and scenario tools that support decision-making across treatment categories.
- Monitor pricing consistency across the network, flagging anomalies and working to resolve discrepancies.
- Responsibility for the reviewing commercial performance
- Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
- Identify and measure key success drivers
- Support decision making with data and insight
- Responsible for providing stakeholders with accurate and timely finance and pricing information, findings and recommendations
- Input into the monthly business performance pack
- Work with non-finance managers to drive the budgeting and forecasting process
- Financial support for central projects and initiatives, including the production and circulation of accurate MI
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function
What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) ideally educated with strong Maths qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Finance Business Partnering role from industry and/or practice
- Ability to advise, recommend and create pricing modelling, plans and analysis for business review linked to business goals
- Attention to detail and experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working with Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint (Essential)
- Experience working with Adaptive insights and Microsoft BI(Desirable)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen, willing and able to challenge accepted practices and processes
- Outstanding track record in influencing decision making within a business and improving performance with substantial positive profit impact
- Substantial analytical skills able to understand complex performance issues and advise and able to prioritise action plans to resolve
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for managing senior level relationships
