Hub Assistant - Part Time
Location: Hybrid (Office based, WFH)
We are looking for a Hub Assistant to join our Support Centre, based in Northampton.
Requirements:
- Experience using Exact SOE & Dentally is essential.
- Previous experience within a dental or medical setting.
- Organised and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience in a receptionist role is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse data to identify opportunities and risks.
- First point of contact via telephone.
- Work closely with the Business Support team.
- Remotely supportingpractice teams with:
- Recalls
- Reminders
- Answering phone calls
- Open COT
- OLB
This is a part time role, 32 hours across 4 days, must be able to work Friday.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to split your time between being in the office and working from home (after initial training).
