We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our HUB team based at our Northampton Support Centre.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Hub Receptionist, with the possibility of offering flexible working hours.
Pay Rate: £10.44 per hour
Location: Office based at our Northampton Support Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, will consider school hours also
As a receptionist within the HUB you will support reception teams out in the field to take calls, organise appointments and engage with patients to ensure they receive the best patient care possible.
Full training will be provided and you will be supported throughout your journey with opportunities to develop!

The Candidate
As a Hub Receptionist, you will be and a great communicator that really cares about providing excellent care to our patients in the practice or by telephone.
The Role
- Promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
- Answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
- Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with practice policy.
- Scheduling appointments, through email or by telephone.
- Completing patient recalls and appointment reminder calls.
- Helping practices with general day to day queries regarding their software system.
- Assisting practice’s in the integration process with the software.
Your Experience
Having worked in a similar role, you will have all the attributes required to provide a high-quality service to our patients and understand the support your team needs. In addition, you will be:
- A good standard of general education.
- Previous Receptionist or customer service experience essential
- Highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised.
- Ideally have experience using booking software
Full training will be provided, however the below criteria would be advantageous:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience using dental software is desirable but not essential
