Job Introduction
We are looking for an IT Systems Manager. Reporting to the Head of IT you will be responsible for an IT systems engineering team to manage our enterprise class infrastructure and systems. You will have experience in managing enterprise class infrastructure and systems that sit within this.
Working closely with the IT Systems Engineer in the delivery of projects and system changes, you will have practical experience of the deployment, configuration and maintenance of a broad range of diverse technologies with a focus on providing proactive and effective system and user support.
This role demands excellent technical skills with the ability to support, maintain, upgrade and operate systems. You will manage a systems engineering team against set KPIs. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in project management and innovate whilst running all day-to-day BAU activities.

The Ideal Candidate
Software Systems
- Subject matter on all company software systems;
- Managing full end to end support of on premise solutions
- Managing supplier relationships with SaaS products
- Experience in managing/upgrading Exchange On Premise
- Experience in managing Office 365 products
- Maintain a large Active Directory with GPOs
Enterprise Infrastructure
- Experience with classic 3 tier enterprise environments
- Subject matter on all company IT infrastructure; e.g
- Servers
- VOIP
- PCs
- Networking
- Use RMM tool to best ability
- Automation
- Alerts
- Scripts
- Manage all monitoring systems effectively
- Experience in managing enterprise backup solutions, serious attitude toward data protection

SD-WAN Network
