As the two groups have recently joined we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Integration Manager to join our growing Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Integration.
Role overview
- Support and motivate the practice teams through the integration process – implementing processes and policies
- Work with internal and external stakeholders leading up to the acquisition completion to ensure a smooth transition
- Gather all documentation and information needed by the finance team to support with the completion accounts / reconciliations
- Carry out all transitional tasks in a timely manner with no loss to services or performance
- Support with all aspects of company training, including new systems and (dental) software
- Assess the training requirements and workforce plan for each integrated practice
- Ensure adequate safety and compliance levels are upheld at all times
Skills and experience:
- Experience of managing integrations/acquisitions (desirable) and/or Dentistry industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and change management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Solutions oriented
- Be a positive brand ambassador
- Organised and detail oriented
- Ability to work flexibility throughout the UK – this will include extended stays at some locations where overnight accommodation will be provided.
