Learning & Development Partner – Workday Systems Trainer

FTC – 9 Months

Location: Northampton + Work from home

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join the team on a fixed-term basis to support the implementation of our new Workday HR and Payroll system.

This is a key role within the programme and will be responsible for defining, designing and delivering the end-user training strategy to ensure the successful adoption of Workday across the organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop the Workday training strategy and learning approach.
  • Design engaging training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
  • Deliver system training to managers, HR, Payroll and colleagues across the business.
  • Work closely with the implementation and project team to understand system functionality and translate this into practical business training.
  • Support change management activities to drive colleague engagement, confidence and adoption of the new system.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continually improve learning materials throughout the implementation and post go-live period.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of delivering systems training, ideally within a large HRIS or ERP implementation. 
  • Previous Workday experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong communication skills for a range of audiences.
