Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Hybrid

Full flexibly to travel across the Groups portfolio of practices throughout the UK. Meetings held 1-2 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton.

Formed from the recent merger of two dental organisations (Rodericks Dental and Dental Partners), Rodericks Dental Partners is a leading provider of both NHS and private dental care through over 200 dental practices across both England and Wales.

  • Salary dependant on experience, circa £40-45k

Role overview

The role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to manage the regional marketing and communications function across all of our dental practices.

You will work with Practice Managers and Operations colleagues to lead the local marketing strategies and plans for our practice network, develop our external voice across PR and social media and amplify our brand proposition in the dental industry to support recruitment efforts.

The Role

  • Working with the Operations and Practice Managers to develop local marketing plans - bringing their practices to life, meeting local challenges and driving specific practice targets.
  • Manage the transition and strategy and approach for our corporate and practice social media presence, identifying suitable management tools and reporting.
  • Working closely with the brand marketing & campaign team to understand the wider brand strategy and ensure that local activity supports and aligns to the immerging central brand
  • Deliver national campaigns at a local level to ensure a consistent patient journey.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing, develop and manage the internal comms strategy,
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert to share guidance and expertise with regional marketing coordinators
  • Create corporate content that engages and inspires our industry audiences to interact with our brand
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships ensuring clear scope of business and objectives achieved.

 

Skills & Experience

  • An experienced Marketer with 5+ years dental marketing experience – with marcomms, local marketing, events, PR, internal experience.
  • Dental industry experience is a must
  • Ability to act as a marketing subject matter expert across a multi-site organisation
  • Experience in building relationships and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a wide variety of stakeholders, with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience of leading, coaching and managing teams effectively – regular 121’s, reviews and development plans.
