Plan Manager
Location: Field based (Circa 3 days per week in field nationally)

We are looking for a commercially minded and engaging Plan Manager to join our Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the growth of dental plan memberships across our practices—empowering teams to promote, optimise, and retain plans that enhance both patient loyalty and practice performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute strategies to increase dental plan uptake and retention across the Rodericks network
- Engage and influence dentists and practice teams to champion dental plans as a key component of practice success
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on plan benefits, sales techniques, and best practices
- Analyse plan performance data using Power BI and Excel, producing actionable insights and reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to deliver growth initiatives
- Support new practice integrations, ensuring smooth plan implementation and strong early adoption
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a commercial, business development, or practice support role—ideally within dental, healthcare, or subscription-based sectors
- Strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Excellent presentation and training delivery experience
- Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK
- (Desirable) Knowledge of dental plans, CRM systems, or membership schemes
