As a leading dental group focused on becoming an employer of choice, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Central Operations team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key projects that support our strategic goals, enhance patient care, and streamline operations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, using your expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Main Purpose of the role
- Provide hands-on project management support to the Executive and Senior Management Group (SMG).
- Develop and implement project management capabilities across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become a go-to person for delivering key projects.
- Confidently manage timelines, expectations, and actions to ensure projects meet strict deadlines.
- Take ownership of independent work packages while contributing to collaborative team efforts.
- Apply strong project management skills to deliver practical solutions while maintaining a strategic focus.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with preparing agendas, compiling reports, and analysing data to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project management activities, aligning with corporate and clinical standards.
- Manage ad hoc projects and programs, ensuring risks are identified, documented, and mitigated.
- Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, escalating risks or barriers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including risks and issues logs, and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
- Actively manage expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Contribute to the development of project management best practices across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
