Resourcing Specialist
Location: Remote + Occasional Travel to Northampton

We are looking for a confident & driven Resourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment team.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinicians, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding handover.
- Develop and deliver effective attraction strategies, including social media campaigns, job advertising, and proactive sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with Practice Managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, ensure alignment with budgets, and deliver against workforce plans.
- Monitor recruitment performance using data and metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health), providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS records, always adhering to GDPR and internal compliance standards.
- Deliver against resourcing targets, optimising sourcing methods to reduce vacancies and agency reliance.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics to improve performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including ATS management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, social media, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
