Central Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Remote + Occasional Travel to Northampton
Maternity Cover – 12 Months FTC

We are looking for an organised and methodical coordinator to join our Central Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your dental purchasing experience in a centralised function, positively supporting our practices in the field.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including receiving requests, placing orders, and tracking deliveries across all practices
- Act as the primary liaison with approved suppliers, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and service performance
- Enforce purchasing policies by standardising suppliers and products while preventing off-contract spend
- Provide support and guidance to Practice Managers, including handling queries and urgent ordering needs
- Monitor stock levels and purchasing data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and identify cost-saving opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a purchasing, administration, or coordination role in a dental setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ordering or procurement systems
