Location: Hybrid - Northampton Support Centre, NN4 5EZ 

Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our HR team and support with project management. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver effective project implementation that directly impacts our UK workforce.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the procurement and evaluation of a new HRIS by providing HR functional input, participating in vendor demonstrations, and assessing system capabilities.
  • Align HR processes with the new HRIS platform, transitioning manual activities to automated, system-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams and implementation partners to ensure HR and payroll requirements are accurately configured, tested, and validated.
  • Support change management and adoption by helping HR teams and managers transition to new digital processes and ways of working.
  • Assist with training, guidance, and operational readiness to ensure successful system rollout and effective use.
  • Contribute to post-implementation optimisation and wider HR initiatives by identifying improvements to HR processes, reporting, and system utilisation.

 

What we are looking for

  • Experience in an HR leadership, HR systems, or HR transformation role, or a recent graduate with relevant skills, knowledge, and a strong interest in HR systems.
  • Based within commutable distance of Northampton and able to work in the office 2–3 days per week.
  • Experience supporting HR system implementation, integration, or optimisation projects.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with experience in process mapping and improving business processes.
